Before you write to us
Do you sell single abayas?
No, we only sell wholesale. A normal order is 20 pieces and AED 2,000, in any mix of styles and colours. To try us first, a sample order has no piece minimum, only a value of AED 2,000. How sample orders work →
How fast will you reply?
Quotes go out within 24 hours. We work on Dubai time (GMT+4), so a message sent in your evening may be answered in your morning.
How do I know the quality before I order?
Order a sample first: it has no piece minimum, only AED 2,000 in value. Your spec sheet is agreed in writing, we send photographs while your order is made, and you see photos of your packed cartons before you pay the balance. Do you ship to my country?
We ship from Dubai to 40 countries, all listed on our shipping page. If yours is missing, ask anyway: it usually means nobody has asked yet, not that we cannot reach it. See the country list →
How do I pay?
By card through a private payment link, by bank transfer to the UAE account named on your invoice, or with Wise. A 50–60% deposit starts your order and the balance is paid before dispatch. Payment terms →
Can you make my own design?
Often, yes. Send a photo, a sketch or a tech pack and we will tell you whether we can make it and what it costs before you commit to anything. Custom manufacturing →
Something is wrong with an order I received. Who do I tell?
Us, within 7 days of delivery, on WhatsApp or by email. Send clear photos of the faulty pieces and of the carton they came in, and we will put it right.
