Lead times
Honest windows, including the slow ones. A supplier who promises everything in a week is either holding your order or has not read it.
By order type
Business days from cleared deposit, not from first enquiry. The clock starts when payment lands and your spec is signed off.

Add transit on top. Courier to most destinations is 5–10 days; sea freight is quoted per lane on the landed-cost page.
What actually slows an order down
In our experience the delay is rarely the sewing. It is almost always one of these, and all three are avoidable:
- Spec sign-off drift. Colour or measurement changes after cutting has been scheduled push you to the back of the queue. Approve the spec sheet once and we hold the slot.
- A colour we have to re-dye. If your colourway is not on the current dye run we tell you at quote stage and give you the honest date, not the optimistic one.
- Waiting on your labels. For private label, your artwork is the long pole. Send it with the order rather than after it.
If your order is going to be late, you hear it from us first, with a new date — not after you chase us on the original one.

Enquiry
You build a size run and send it. We check stock and confirm the real price for your quantity.
Quote and spec sheet
You get a firm quote and a spec sheet: fabric, measurements, tolerances, carton counts.
Deposit
Deposit clears, we reserve fabric and your order enters the cutting schedule. The clock starts here.
Production
Cut, sew, finish, press. Measurements checked against the tolerances on your spec sheet.
Pack and photograph
Sealed into cartons, photographed, packing list issued. You see the photos before you pay the balance.
Dispatch
Balance clears, shipment leaves, tracking shared the same day.
Seasonal cut-offs
Ramadan and Eid are the two weeks the whole category is fighting for capacity. If you want stock on your shelves for Ramadan, your order needs to be with us ten to twelve weeks before — that covers production, freight and your own inbound handling with room for one thing to go wrong.
Confirm the dates before you plan around them.Ramadan and Eid dates shift each year and the ones we work to are projections until the calendar is fixed. Ask us for the current season’s cut-off and we will give you the date we are actually holding capacity to.
Outside those windows, standard lead times hold all year. The UAE working week runs Monday to Friday, and we are closed on public holidays.
